Louise began her career performing opera in Europe. She recognised that the techniques used to connect with an audience also had a place in leadership.
Her work now brings performance experience, business research and human behaviour together. Through keynotes, programmes and coaching, she helps leaders find confidence in their voice and presence.
Her academic background includes a PhD in Business and studies in Organisational Psychology and Music.
